Oooooooooooooh. That makes sense too. I've been having a lot of the dumb lately.

New time poster, long time reader and admirer of Yu+me.

I wasn't feeling too good then noticed as I was reading Fiona didn't feel that great either, so I'd thought I'd channel the emotion and make a sketch. I didn't intend this to be a waist shot so it kinda looks funky, so I'll probably trim it during the paint process.

Well, It's kind of fan art, since I'm a fan, and it's art and it has Fi and Lia... sortof. lol This was a halloween pic I did for my comic and thought I would share it


(In case you're curious, from left to right, it's: Ransom as Slick from Sinfest, Rachel and Aracelli as Fi and Lia, Jayson as Dr. McNinja and BJ as Gordito from Dr. McNinja, and Rob as Cal'anon and Amanda as Benny from Looking for group.)

Here is a sketch I did of YU+ME. The latest pages have just made me want to do fanart all the more. Unfortunately I need a new scanner, because this is a pic I took with my phone. I tried to capture the main aspects, but I've got to say it was really hard trying to get Fi and Lia's look. <3 <3

I'm prefacing this with the fact that I can not draw to save my life. Why I am taking a drawing class next semester is a mystery even to me. This particular piece of fan-art was done by my girlfriend for Christmas present and I think it is the best present I have ever received. I already emailed a copy of it to Megan.

Fiona's symbolic nudity has absolutely nothing to do with the fact outright lie that I forgot to draw her clothes before I Sharpied her torso. She is confused because her eyebrows don't match.

EDIT: Sakasamanochou, is your drawing based on the "Yay! Now I have two friends!" comic? It came out really nice, especially her hair.

I quite like yours, I know I couldn't do as well in that amount of time.

Haha, I love that expression. I like your style too.

Mask: I love that, very nice fanart. I like the colors and the style is really
true to the feel of the comic. I also really liked the poses/expressions, and the like. Granted, I think Lia's eyes are a little close together, but I only noticed when I tried to find something to add constructively, since I figured just gushing and complimenting you would be less interesting than
a little constructive observing to prove I really did look at it. XD

I FINALLY got around to posting all the fanarts I've gotten in the past six months.
