I just saw this amazing film. Neill Blomkamp is a god among men.

I loved that film. I like how it so smoothly went from documentary style to full blown out ACTION, hah. Plus we very rarely see good science fiction/ Alien movies nowadays but they did a very pleasant work. Plus the way they made the aliens be treated much like darkskinned people used to be back before the apartheid in south africa. Nice.
I enjoyed it but it is still a movie you see once a year, nothing you pull out every week when you get bored.

This movie was amazing, the first movie in a long time that manged to be profoundly original in both style and content, and still be a near flawless movie.

It made me motion sick and I couldn't watch most of it. :/ BUT I did get into the theater without getting carded this time! I finally look seventeen!! :p

Original as all hell in style, South Africa's answer to Alien Nation otherwise. Amazing movie nonetheless.
